We’ve made returning easy!
- items must be returned within 14 days.
- The costs of the return shipment are for the customer. (we don't refund the shipping cost)
- The item must not have been worn, washed, altered or damaged. The labels must be attached to the item.
- Be careful with make-up: an item with make-up stains cannot be returned.
- Orders that fall outside the return period of 14 days will not be returned. (the costs of the return are for the customer)
- No washing guarantee is given. Problems arising after washing are at your own responsibility.
- If your refund is accepted, we will refund the price you paid for your item back to your original payment method.
