14-Day Return Policy
At The Girl Wearing, we offer a 14-day return period starting from the day you receive your order. Within this period, you may return your item without stating a reason, provided it meets our return conditions.
The 14-day period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically receive the item. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not fully meet your expectations, and therefore, you have the right to return the item within this period and receive a refund if preferred.
Return Conditions
Condition of the item: the item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
Labels and tags: all original labels, hangtags, and brand markings must be intact, undamaged, and attached as delivered.
Signs of use: the item must show no signs of wear, such as makeup stains, deodorant marks, hair, or other visible dirt.
Odors: the item must not contain any perfume, smoke, or body odor.
Alterations: the product must not have been customized, altered, resized, or modified in any way.
Packaging: the item should be returned in its original packaging, preferably the plastic protective bag provided upon delivery.
Identification: the order confirmation and/or return number must be clearly included inside the parcel.
Return period: the item must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the order.
Damage or negligence: items damaged due to negligence, improper care, or intentional harm will not be accepted.
Promotional items: for promotions such as “Buy One Get One Free,” all products from the promotion, including any free gifts or accessories, must be returned together.
Exclusions: personalized or customized products, as well as items that do not match the original order, will not be accepted.
Non-compliance: returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be processed and may be returned to the sender.
Please note: Returns that do not comply with the stated return conditions cannot be accepted. Please carefully review your items before returning them to ensure they meet all requirements.
We strongly recommend inspecting all received products immediately upon delivery, before removing any tags, labels, or packaging. Once tags or labels are removed, the item is considered “used.” In such cases, the right of withdrawal no longer applies, and the item cannot be returned. Responsibility for this lies entirely with the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please report this within 48 hours of receipt via our customer service:

Always include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your report and, in accordance with consumer protection laws, provide an appropriate solution such as a replacement, repair, or refund.
How to Create a Return
Submit your return request via our return portal
Steps:
Register your return through the portal.
Select the items you wish to return.
Choose between a refund or store credit.
Choose your carrier, print the return label, and ship the package.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size or item, please return your order and place a new purchase through our website.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, unless you have selected a store credit instead.
If you have not received your refund after 15 days, please contact us at support@thegirlwearing.com, and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
