Processing & Delivery Times

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days after receiving your payment. Orders are handled from Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM (GMT).

Please note that this is an estimated processing time. During public holidays, sale periods, sample sales, or other promotional events, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual.

 



Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €150 (after discounts, excluding shipping fees and duties).

We currently ship to the following countries:

The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Norway, France, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, Austria, Sweden, Denmark, Spain, and Portugal.

Note: Duties, customs fees, and import taxes are not included in the above rates and may be charged separately by the destination country’s customs authority.

 


International Shipping Methods

We ship international orders using DHL Express or UPS, depending on the destination and service availability.

All international shipments are sent excluding duties and taxes (“Delivered Duty Unpaid – DDU”).

This means that any applicable customs fees, import duties, or taxes must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

 


Return to Sender

If an order is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, or because the delivery address was incorrect or the parcel was not collected, we will refund the item cost only, minus any return shipping fees or charges incurred by the courier.

Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

 


Address Changes & Tracking

Once an order has been placed, we cannot modify or change the shipping address, as processing begins immediately after payment confirmation.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once the order has been dispatched. Tracking information typically becomes active within one business day after the carrier has processed the shipment.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and ensuring they are available to receive the shipment at the stated delivery location.
